Nomination Needs Form

The Minor Use Foundation seeks to address pest and disease challenges for specialty crops. We deeply value your input in this process. Please complete the form below to nominate a need. If you have any difficulty with the form, please contact Nick Drost at nick.drost@minorusefoundation.org, and we will make sure your nomination is included.

All submitters must complete the top section with your contact information and then complete one of the following need types as appropriate for the nomination:

Crop and Pest/Disease Needs – Fill out this section if you need help (i) achieving trade-enabling MRLs, (ii) accessing solutions registered in other countries, or (iii) finding new innovative solutions for specific crop and pest/disease combinations.
Codex Periodic Reviews – Fill out this section if you know of any compounds coming up for Periodic Review by Codex that need to be maintained.
Special Projects - Fill out this section if you need help with special projects.
